Job Description:Looking for a Senior Functional Consultant for Payroll and Advance Benefits.The role requires a person who can drive the workshops during the project life cycle including discovery and CRP.It is required to understand customer needs and suggest best practices in the industry to them.Design and implement complex solutions around the below modules (at least three, Payroll is a must)1. Payroll2. Advance Benefit3. Compensation including Workforce Compensation4. Oracle Time and LaborCandidate must have implemented at least two end-to-end implementations as a primary functional consultant.Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.Candidate must be able to design security and roles for the users of the above modules.Candidate must have working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.The candidate should be able to prepare and present solutions to the customer regarding the requirements.Candidate must have good communication skills.Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside India.
