Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent or master's in computer applications or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Database Administrator. Experience as SQL / Oracle / Mongo DBA.Design, install, and configure databases, Monitor and maintain database performance, and implement changes and patches when needed.Develop, implement, and enforce database policies, procedures, and standards, perform tests and evaluations to ensure data security & privacy.Provide expert-level support for database backups and recovery, Provide data management support and trainingExcellent knowledge of Database Administration and good understanding of SQL. General understanding of the design and development of applications that access SQL/Oracle. Experience in backup and restore, database performance tuning, SQL Query tuning and development, Replication (Goldengate) and Failover. Able to work with data architects to design conceptual data models and data flows. And Implement data strategies and creating physical data models. Scripting and task automation (SQL, Bash, Python, Git).Good understanding of database security, authentication models and data encryption. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with application development teams. PRB
