As the Head of 32ND's Gurgaon campus, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the 14- acre site in its entirety including hospitality services, exceptional guest experience, tenant management, safety & compliance etc.What You Will Be DoingPlay a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of 32ND's Village, covering the retail, dining, and entertainment portfolio.Coordinate, oversee,and organise all the activities involvedin the smooth and effective running of the campus.Drive exceptional guest service initiatives on an ongoing basis.Employ best business practices that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity.Develop, maintain, and monitor operating budgets, making needed adjustments to ensure budget requirements are achieved.Set policies and processes to operate the campus at optimum levels.Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep of allareas with a keen eye for detail.Lead a cross functional team to manage the property and oversee the recruitment and trainingof new employees.Prepare regular MIS reports to track and monitorproductivity and performance.Establish and maintain good relationships with local business community groups and relevant authorities for smooth operations of the property.Oversee and support fit-out coordination and other projectenhancements as needed.Manage vendor/tenant relations. Conduct periodicfeedback sessions with tenants to continuously improvequality standards.Support leasing,events, and marketinginitiatives on an ongoing basis.What You Bring to the Table12 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in Facilities/ operations /asset management along with experience in a technical or engineering role.Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring creative,unconventional, and innovative solutions to the table especially in a growing or unstructured set-up.A background in hospitality would be a plus.Keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skillsIn-depth understanding of guest experience and soft services including horticulture, maintenance & housekeeping.Outstanding communication, negotiation, organisational and time-management skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and ability to lead large teams including blue-collar staff with confidence and dexterity.The Fine Print32ND is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, and veteran status.
