Job Title - Assistant Insurance Coordinator. Job Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh.Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Insurance Coordinator - APAC is part of the Legal & Compliance Function at WSP and will be in WSP India (Bengaluru or Noida). The role would be reporting to the Head of Legal Compliance & Ethics - India and supporting the Assistant Company Secretary, Privacy Officer & Insurance Co-ordinator - ANZ.Responsibilities Day-to-day administration of insurance policies and insurance related issues.Answering general queries from the Business in relation to insurance coverage.Answering Legal Help enquiries concerning insurance coverage.Updating list of insurance policies and certificates.Filing of certificates and policy documents on the WSP intranet site and the Legal page of the intranet.Assisting employees of the Business in their completion of insurance claim forms.Liaising with WSP's broker on a regular basis.Organising insurance renewals and collecting information from relevant business units.Arranging for the payment of insurance policy invoices.Developing a thorough understanding of WSP's insurance program.Managing WSP's relationship with WSP's brokers to ensure appropriate engagement.Actively contributing to continuous improvement of processes relevant to WSP's insurance program.Conducting a monthly review of insurance related data to ensure accuracy of insurance records.Overseeing and coordinating all motor vehicle claims with WSP's brokers.Management of overseas insurance programs in The Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Commerce or a related field.2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry and/or a comparable in-house role.Proficient in English (oral and written);Good communication skills.Ability to organise, prioritise and manage time effectively.Ability to develop strong relationships.Ability to be proactive to identify issues affecting the business from an insurance coverage perspective and develop innovative solutions.Ability to grasp concepts and information quickly.Ability to work flexible hours in line with the needs of the business.Ability to work as a member of a team and bring to the team initiative, energy and enthusiasm.Ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to work autonomously, but report to manager regularly with discernment.High level of maturity and emotional intelligence.Proven experience with Office 365 (majorly in MS Outlook, Word and Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
