Lead Teacher for Montessori Preschool (For ages 0-3)Role & Responsibilities:Execute/Follow a Montessori curriculum that supports the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of infants and toddlers.Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, toilet training, mealtime, and rest periods.Maintain individual student recordsCommunicate effectively with parents, peers and management.Engage with families on their child's progress and foster a nurturing and supportive partnership.Lead mother-toddler sessions to facilitate early bonding and learning experiences.Plan and execute special days/events at the school to celebrate milestones and cultural occasions.Preferred Candidate Profile:A Montessori Teacher's Diploma for Infancy or Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree.A minimum of 1 year experience as a lead teacher in a Montessori setting with the 0-3 age group.Passionate about early childhood education and up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies.Ability to lift up to 15kgs, kneel, bend, and play with young children.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.Stays around Lokhandwala, Andheri WestPerks and Benefits:Competitive salary package and annual performance bonusesGenerous paid time off, including holidays, sick days, and personal days, subject to approval.
