Visit www.isatourism.com      Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role in the outbound travel as B2B Sales & Marketing Manager with ISA TOURISM PVT.LTD ISA - Tourism (isatourism.com). Main office is located in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi but the position is also available at Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata as Resident Representatives. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales efforts to meet the hotel brands sales goals, for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing campaigns, attending industry events, maintaining current relationships, building new partnerships with clients and industry partners, and analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing performance.QualificationsExperience in sales and/or marketing in the travel and Tourism sector.Very good knowledge of World Geography and General Awareness is mandatory.Experience in managing and leading a sales teamKnowledge of travel & hospitality marketing strategies and tacticsProfessional communication skills in oral and written English with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement tourism marketing campaignsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targetsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, hotel or travel management or a related field5 years Experience in the outbound tourism industry is mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software PRB
