ResponsibilitiesManaging the access and password management via AD for all domains and forests applicable.Providing support and assistance to userIncidents/problem/Change implementation, analysis, follow-up and troubleshootingProcessing requests, Communicate politely and effectively with the foreign Clients.Out Of Box Thinking - Automating the repeated & Standard procedures to help reduce Manual efforts.Client satisfaction should be the first priority with no escalations.Managing communication and administration follow-upOperating procedures writing and follow-upReporting and activity indicators updatesInformation support and update of knowledge management databasesPerforming the releases in productionPlay a part in :Ensuring that the security processes are followedMaking suggestions for optimized security levelsChecking security levelsSuggest improvements which might be neededProfile Required 5 to 8 years of experience.Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, O365Good knowledge on Java, Tomcat/ Active Directory, SSO .
