Wireless Engineer Team Leader

Job Requirements

5 years+ wireless work experience

Bachelor's degree or above, and Fluency in English.

Have L3 skills and handle GSM, UMTS, and LTE routine maintenance issues

Maintain & troubleshoot of GSM, UMTS, LTE equipment, Handle customer service request; responsible for the RAN domain KPI.

Take responsibility for wireless network security, including routine inspection, risk identification, risk clearance, and warning and rectification. Quickly recovers from accidents.

Activity Manage the RAN team, responsible for the RAN team performance

Good Communication skill with all related department and team to support the finally KPI target of RAN domain

Support on the work requirement from Core network and others domain to sure the project successfully

Good customer communication skill, Handle the customer request and work with the customer support team to achieve the KPI/SLA

Any other adhoc duties as required by the business
