We work with numerous fortune organizations and help them drive their major OD initiatives. We specialize in facilitating virtual/classroom sessions on soft skills, communication/ Behavioural and leadership trainings. We also specialize in end-to-end L&D project management, resource augmentation, instructional design, and e-learning products/services.Key Result Areas: Training Delivery - Communication, Soft Skills/Behavioural (Virtual and Classroom)Content DevelopmentLeadership/Managerial TrainingWriting Newsletters and Blogs Stakeholder ManagementResponsible for the topline on L & D initiatives Key Responsibilities Facilitate virtual/classroom training/coaching sessions for our clients on a range of areas like Communication Skills, Behavioral and Leadership Trainings. Language Proficiency is a must (i.e. Ability to train on accent neutralization and grammar)Develop robust training content for various People Skills Modules and Leadership Modules as per client needs. Must be able to develop content based on sound Andragogy principles and ADDIE Model. Must be very good in PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office ToolsManage various client accounts and projects. This includes maintaining a good rapport with clients, coordinating with resources and SPOCs: Sharing training calendars, following up on attendance-feedback reports, purchase orders and other ad-hoc requests.Liaise with consultant trainers/coaches, advise/guide them on all aspects of L&D activities. Ensure that trainings delivered get high feedback scores.Develop and share monthly training newsletters with clients and stakeholders. Write regular L&D blogs, articles for our website and social media accounts.Represent company on Client Calls and persuade them to consider our training offerings. This includes developing training proposals, content outlines, training plans and content for classroom/virtual/elearning interventions.Must share timely training reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc. Additional Requirements:Language training certification (e.g. BEC/TESOL/CELTA etc)  PRB
