The main purpose of the Job is to assist customers with their needs and to sell the products, achieve the monthly targets, maintain good customer relationships, sell Company products and ensure quality and Consistency of product and service delivery to all the customers. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner and ascertain their needs and requirements. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Answer questions to queries about the store or the merchandise. Effectively communicate brand-related information to the customers. Place special orders for customers or call other stores to find desired items. Help customers try on or fit merchandise. Prepare merchandise for purchase by creating the customer sales ticket and escorting the customer along with the merchandise to the cashier for payment. Describe merchandise and explain the use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Ensure display shelves are adequately stocked and merchandised as per Darwish or brand-specific guidelines. Replenish shelves as per the policies and procedures of the Retail Division in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all items on the shelves are tagged and correctly priced. Report observations to the Supervisor regarding outdated products, unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations, and point-of-purchase requirements (to include competitive products). Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations. Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager from time to time. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or a fashion-related position. Strong working knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong networking and social media skills.
