Industrial Engineer & Data Scientist

You are responsible for improvement projects and/or programs at companies in the automotive and high-tech industry. You work together with the customer to find the best solution and to implement the solution in a pragmatic way. Then we're looking for you!Role and responsibilitiesAs an Industrial Engineer, you are continuously improving and optimizing the production and business processes. With a data driven approach you propose possible solutions. When implementing the improvements, you consider constraints such as safety, quality, delivery reliability, and costs. Ultimately you contribute to an optimal production output, where aspects such as yield increase, quality assurance and cost reduction are often dominant.In collaboration with stakeholders you (re-)design processes, which are necessary for correct execution of the production process. You initiate and lead improvement processes and eliminate waste.
