Company:Old Pointe Properties is a real estate investment and property management firm serving Southwestern Ontario. Overview of Position:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to join our high-performance Asset Management team. The Associate/Director will play a crucial role in the oversight and management of our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management or related fields.

Responsibilities:

Support the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Assist in underwriting new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.

Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate assets.

Analyze project budgets, cash flows, and financial statements.

Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management.

Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or related fields.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.

Professional finance or accounting designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an asset.

Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience analyzing project budgets, pro formas, and financial statements.

Knowledge of real estate development lifecycle from acquisition to disbursement.
