Job Title: Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer (Infra SRE) Level: ConsultantJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaExperience: 4-7 years onlyJob Description: Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor the company's infrastructure, including servers, network, and storage systems. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure components.Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning and maintenance processes.Incident Response: Respond to infrastructure incidents and outages, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.Monitoring and Alerting: Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.Capacity Planning: Analyze system performance and plan for capacity upgrades or improvements as needed.Security: Collaborate with the security team to ensure infrastructure is secure and compliant with best practices and industry standards.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, to improve infrastructure and optimize system performance. On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents outside of regular business hours. Requirements: Experience SRE-focused projects involving process automation, systems administration, and/or general SRE activities.Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, cloud platforms, network, and storage. Knowledge of security best practices and infrastructure hardening. Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools, such as Qualys, is a plus.Experience defining and implementing best practices OS architecture, including security, performance, and cost optimization.Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Terraform, or similar. Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., SCOM, Qualys, Service Now, Sentinel, Datadog). Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to incidents.
