As the Investor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current and prospective investors, developing and implementing investor relations strategies, and helping to raise funds for Drivemetadata. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, and to communicate our company's financial performance and growth strategy to the market.Responsibility Develop and implement investor relations strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investorsCollaborate with senior management to understand our company's financial performance, growth strategy, and goals, and communicate these to investors and stakeholdersManage investor communications, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and other presentations to investors and stakeholdersConduct market research and analysis to understand investor sentiment, trends, and opportunities for growthRespond to investor inquiries and manage the investor relations databaseStay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact our company and our investorsAssist with fundraising efforts by preparing materials, presentations, and other resources to support our efforts to raise capitalSupport the development and implementation of our company's overall communication strategy, including investor relations, public relations, and other external communications effortsEXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise mannerExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, management, and external advisorsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial information and dataKnowledge of the financial planning and fundraising industries, and an understanding of the regulatory and legal environment. Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and BangaloreRemote Only PRB
