Our goal is to become a trusted and influential brand in India, leading the way in sustainable baby essentials.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager at A Toddler Thing in Coimbatore. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales network, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, identifying customer needs and trends, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferably in the baby sectorOpen to travel often for business expansion activitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordinglyKnowledge of the baby products industry and market trendsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyWillingness to travel and meet clientsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the eco-friendly or sustainable products industry is a plus PRB
