We are hiring Qualitative Researchers with 2-6 years of market research experience to join our Qualitative Team in Delhi. JD:1.Research Skillsa) Proposal Writing Prepare proposals as per the brief Follow the pre-requisites for the proposal - Need for study, objective of study, decide the research approach and methodology, research design elements, sample plans etc.Developing Research Instruments like discussion guides, research stimulus materials, secondary market information, creation of discussion guides b) Content Analysis Summarize the data collected in a structured manner to help provide a clear and insightful input for the presentation c) Preparing Reports & PresentationsPresenting to clients whenever requiredAbility to prepare Topline reports and draft simple to moderately complex presentations to clients.2.Project Management a) Project Setup, Execution & Commercial ManagementPlanning & prioritizing the project / proposals activities basis the timelinesEnsure study pre-requisites are shared with clarity to the PM teams. Debriefing the moderators on the DG & finalizing & supervising the RQFinalizing Estimates, Costing & Budgeting for projects. Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth flow of projectsEnsuring billing is done on-time3.Time Management a. Adherence to timelines various tasks Follow-up as per timelines with the relevant teams Ensuring project timelines are met. Should be able to manage/supervise minimum 3 projects at the same time. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and efficiently to ensure productivity. 4.Client Management a. Client Servicing Should be able to manage clients independently for routine matters and queries on on-going projects Attending client meetings, providing insightsMeet client/ seniors expectation by ensuring Error free deliverables to client studies Should have an awareness of the category, brands or industry on the project working onShould have an understanding of the competitive category or brands and share necessary info with the seniors/clients working on that brand. 5.Collaboration Collaborate within the team and all other teams/ departments6.Initiative taking for professional and new skill development a.
