Role : Business Analyst with Banking Domain.Location : Sholinganallur, ChennaiExperience : 8-14 YearsQualification : BE/BTech/MCA /MTechNote: Looking for Immediate to 30 Days joiners Max.Candidates should be ready to come to office from Day 1.Mandatory Skills : (Business Analyst, Retail banking)Education: BE/BTech/MBA (min 60%) or a CA with minimum 10 years of experience Job Details: Writing BRDs, FSDs, Use cases & Flow diagrams, while working closely with the Business and Operations stakeholders (both internal and external) for Retail Internet Banking. Possess good communication skills to liaise internally with the development team, QA team, coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation. Technical & Behavioral Competencies: 1. Good understanding of digital banking products (Mobile/Internet) and processes and a strong background in Retail Banking 2. Good understanding of Merchant payments and reporting platforms and their end-to-end flows 3. Knowledge of Core banking systems, accounting flow and their implementation 4. Knowledge of various clearing systems and different standard payment types like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Cheques, SWIFT, etc., 5. Extremely detail oriented, with an ability to draw Functional process Flow diagrams, Data Flow diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Wireframes & Mockups 6. Ability to identify and clearly document dependencies, and document them to ensure complete traceability to original requirements and change management 7. Ability to analyse / identify how a process design change might impact across people, process, organization as well as technology Besides, the following soft skills are also expected : 8. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce detailed documentation 9. Communicate and clarify requirements with developers, testers and other key stakeholders from business, operations, and technology functions 10. Clear organization and ability to manage own deliverables as a project 11. Ability to consider changing priorities and manage queuing of tasks accordingly 12. Service-oriented attitude and strong commitment to client satisfaction 13. Interpersonal skills, ability to consolidate action plans and diligently report progress status 14.
