Swan Suites is a professionally run in the Serviced Apartments and business hotels industry for the last 18 years with multiple properties in Madhapur and Hitech City, HyderabadRole DescriptionThe ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development in hospitality, preferably in hotel industry or in related industry with business acquisition with clients being in the IT industry. Preference will be given if the candidate has dealt with facility managers for business procurement.This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager at SWANOTEL Hotel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager main objective will also build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients., identify new companies for business.QualificationsPrior experience in a sales or business development roleResponsible for interacting with facility managers of large companies ( 500+ employees) with the objective of identifying their number of rooms requirement per month in Hyderabad in the budget and luxury rooms segments. Or with CXO's in smaller IT companies Achieve room occupancy targets with monthly and quarterly targetsGetting vendor contracts for rooms and stay requirement from clientsAcquiring company databases for approach to corporate contracts Build lasting and fruitful relationships with companies.Salary : 5.0 lacs to 10.8 lacs CTC plus performance based incentives based on qualification, relevant experience and eligibility PRB
