Role Overview: As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Flow, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase low-code platform capabilities, and support cross-functional project teams to drive innovation and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.As-is and To-be process mapping,Automate workflows and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and trends.Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase low-code platform capabilities.Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.Develop Azure logic apps and functions and contribute to Power Platform development.Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support for Microsoft 365.Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint for process improvement.Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.Ensure requirements are satisfied, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit and integration testing.Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools.Strong .Net development experience with familiarity in C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Proficiency in Office 365 platform components such as Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage both large and small audiences.Strong business-to-technology translation skills for identifying solutions to increase business value.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Experience customizing SharePoint lists and systems with PowerApps.Clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts.Familiarity with relational databases, web APIs, and integration technologies.Experience with tooling such as GIT, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.Knowledge of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer.Minimum 3-5 years of experience primarily with Power Platform and SharePoint.Experience in administering the Azure Ecosystem.Solid understanding of relational database technologies.Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.Ability to multitask effectively between projects.Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.If you want to work on the most impactful work of your life, learn together, and change the world, this job is for you.
