Senior Cadd Engineer - Vessels

Criteria: ∙Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-6 years of experience as mechanical CAD Engineer. ∙Must have hands on experience in Autodesk-AutoCAD software for 2D detailed engineering (Knowledge in Autodesk Inventor-3D modelling is an asset) ∙Good knowledge in materials specifications (ASME, EN, IS etc) and standards (pipes, structural profiles, fits and tolerances etc.,). ∙Good knowledge of standard specifications and codes for pressure vessels such as ASME, EN and DIN etc. ∙Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills. ∙Sufficient expertise to work with little supervision. ∙Good working knowledge of MS office. ∙Able to communicate in English. Additional languages are an asset. ∙Eager to learn Desmet processes and applications. Job Description: ∙Reports to Team Leader ∙Makes Vessel drawings as per Technical sheet prepared by the process engineer, instructions received and the drawing standards. ∙Responsible for the quality and the accuracy of the Drawings produced. ∙Carries out the assigned jobs on time as per given schedule. ∙Clarify all doubts with the Team Leader. ∙Updates the time sheet.
