WeareseekingadedicatedFinanceOfficertojoinourfinanceteam.TheFinanceOfficerwillplaya pivotalroleinmanagingfinancialtransactions,maintainingaccuraterecords,andensuringcompliance withfinancialpoliciesandregulations.Theidealcandidateshouldhaveastrongattentiontodetail, excellentorganizationalskills,andasolidunderstandingoffinancialprinciples. Responsibilities: Processandrecordfinancialtransactions,includingaccountspayableandaccountsreceivable entries. Managingthebudget,preparefinancialreports,andensurethatallfinancialtransactionsare conductedlegallyandethically. Prepareandverifyfinancialdocumentssuchasinvoices,bills,andreceipts. Assistinthepreparationoffinancialreports,budgets,andforecasts. Monitorandtrackexpenses,highlightingdiscrepanciesandrecommendingcost-saving measures. Ensurecompliancewithfinancialregulationsandcompanypolicies. Respondtofinancialinquiriesandprovideinformationtointernalandexternalstakeholders. Mediating tax refunds and ensuring transparency in the allocation for valid claims. Following up on outstanding refunds, false claims, and unclaimed refunds. Providing auditors with all records, documents, and files about VAT returns, VAT settlements, and transactional data. Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurefinancialdataaccuracyandconsistency. Stayupdatedonfinancialregulations,accountingprinciples,andbestpractices. Workcloselywithotherdepartments,suchasprocurement,sales,oroperations,togather financialinformation,supportfinancialdecision-making,andprovidefinancialinsights. Develop effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskills. Prepare various monthly reports to analyse business financial health, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, general ledger entries, goods received notes, and goods issued notes. QualificationandExperience: BComand1to2yearsofexperienceinfinancialroles,withapreferenceforexperienceinaccountingor finance. Skills Required: Solidunderstandingoffinancialprinciples,accountingconcepts,andfinancialreporting standards. ProficiencyinusingfinancialsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcel. Effectivecommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinateam. Highlevelofintegrityandcommitmenttomaintainingconfidentiality. Knowledgeofrelevantfinancialregulationsandcompliancerequirementsisaplus.
