With headquarters in Suwanee, Georgia, we have 15 offices across the United States and international locations in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (India).Role Description:·      Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them towards achieving project objectives and meeting deadlines, with a specific focus on blockchain development and integration.·      Offer technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to continuous learning in blockchain technologies.·      Drive the establishment and adoption of engineering best practices, processes, and standards, placing emphasis on blockchain development methodologies.·      Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.·      Supervise the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, ensuring compliance with blockchain best practices and security standards.·      Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery across platform and blockchain initiatives.Requirements:·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.·      Experience as an Engineering Lead or similar leadership position within a software development environment, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology.·      Overall 7+ years of experience in software development.·      2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain application development.·      Proficiency in technologies such as Django, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, with specialized knowledge in Web3, Solidity and blockchain protocols including Key Management and Document Hashing algorithms.·      Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and managing a team of engineers.·      Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools, adept at applying these principles.·      Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure, especially in complex blockchain development scenarios.
