Strategy Manager

HouseEazy is a fast-growing prop-tech startup that aims to revolutionize the secondary real estate residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick.As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for Strategy Planning & Investors Relations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.What you'll doPrepare comprehensive reports as required by investors, providing clear and concise information on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.Assist in the formulation and execution of the company's strategic plan, working closely with the Founder and other key stakeholders.Collaborate with the Founders to maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Work collaboratively with various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights for strategic initiatives.Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights, support decision-making processes, and enhance overall business performance.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of strategic planning processes.What you'll needBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
