Greetings from Corrohealth!!!Primary Responsibilities:Identify and access the training needs of the organizationDevelop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needsDevelop training manuals that target tangible results.Implement effective and purposeful training methodsNeed to ensure that training is meeting current operation needsEffectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and clientCreate a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for freshers and different curriculum for lateralsManage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.Plan & monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of tracks. Desired SkillsShould have minimum 2-3 years as Trainer in Surgery Department Strong knowledge in HIM CodingExcellent in verbal and written communication.Open for new learningQualificationShould have handled fresher & certification trainingMultispecialty knowledge with Surgery and Surgery Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.Additional certification is an added advantage.Contact -shiva.dosapati@corrohealth.com9640156092 PRB
