The team has provided services related to policy and regulatory design, institutional strengthening, outcome-based budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, change management and program management. Education qualification :• MBBS/ BAMS/ BDS or equivalent with a Master's in Public Health/ MHA/ equivalent or MBARequired experience :• 5-10 years of experience in delivering strategy engagements.• Experience with proposal writing, report writing, PPT making etc.Prior experience in healthcare sectorCore Technical/Professional Capabilities • Expertise in health sector, with an in-depth knowledge of the sector, up to date on industry activities, marketplace trends, and leading practices • Prior experience of working on projects in the health sector with international funding agency/ development partners • Experience of working on Public Health Programs, health system strengthening, Health Policy/ Health Economics, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Donor Agency Health Programs, CSR Health Programs • Strong understanding and capabilities in using advanced excel and power point. Should be able to drive analysis, storyboarding and critical content messaging. Ability to independently look at data and drive inferences. Key Performance areas: • Project delivery including leading components of projects, research and analysis, Report writing, Undertaking monitoring & evaluation • Contributing to thought leaderships/ white papers • Assists in the preparation of proposals/tenders and presentations on request • Maintains own development and knowledge in specialized area.
