Lead Data Scientist

ResponsibilitiesLead a Data Science Engagement and a team of Data Scientists.Understand Customer Problems and Data Requirements.Translate Customer requirements into a Data Science Problem.Propose a Data Science solution that may involve the use of Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised) and other algorithmic modelsPrepare Data followed by Model developmentModel Testing and DeploymentEngage with Customers to understand their business problems and the associated data.Analyze data and arrive at a solution approachQualificationsMaster's Degree or PhD or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.Prior experience of 5 -10 years in data science.Equally proficient in Classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning (NLP mandatory; additionally Computer Vision)Coding of Machine Learning models in Python language is a must.Significant previous hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch. Experience with open-source LLMs and ability to quickly experiment and learn newer models with the fast-changing landscape in the Generative AI space.Proven expertise in analyzing & visualizing dataDevelopment standards, including version control (git) and managing production codebase.Experience deploying on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure will be preferred.Strong Communication and Presentation Skills (Spoken and Written) PRB
