Highlights: Nana funding: $29M Current funding stage: Series B Nana backed by: STV, MEVP, Wamda Capital, Saudi Venture Capital, Impact46, Watar PartnersGeneral and Task Management- Assist in the timely delivery of complete and accurate monthly management accounts including Pamp;L, and other ad hoc reports. - Review of balance sheet accounts relating to Logistics. - Liaise with the suppliers to ensure information provided is to required standardand prompt payments follow. - Assisting with the year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation. - Assisting in special projects as assigned. - Posting and processing daily journal entries to ensure all financial business transactions are recorded. - Preparing payments, disbursements, and performing reconciliations. - Monitoring customer's collection and invoices aging, and reporting of deviations from the credit policies. - Filing, maintaining, and distributing accounting documents accurately and in accordance with company's policies and accepted accounting practices. - Performing other accounting duties as requested.- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers. - Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance. - Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities.Skills Qualifications:Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.Proven analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities.Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilmentQualified or part qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA / CIMA)Degree in business, finance, accounting or similar qualification.Experience of financial and management accounting and controlExperience of reporting and analysisAdvanced Excel userAbility to analyse and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.3 years' experience in Logistics3 years' experience in Accounting.Proficient in operating an Accounting System.Best Regards, Information Technology and Services - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
