With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As an Office Services Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the office is fully equipped, cleaned and maintained throughout the day.In this role, you will: Secure and organise materials and household supply cabinets Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and washrooms Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as required Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture Dust and polish various surfaces Restock washrooms with supplies. Empty trash bins Keep track of the cleaning schedule Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Adhere to all health and safety regulations Weekly cleaning of the whole office Monthly deep cleaning of the officeRequirementsQualifications â Basic English SkillsExperienceâ Minimum 2 yearsâ Familiarity with weekly and monthly checklistsKnowledgeâ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesSkillsâ Basic communication skillsâ Organised and time managementTraitsâ Honest, Helpful, Focused and FlexibleBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentComprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
