Workday US/UK Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Description:As a Workday US/UK Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting.* Configure Workday Payroll to meet client requirements, including setting up earning and deduction codes, tax setups, pay groups, and other payroll-related configurations.* Conduct testing and validation of payroll configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.* Provide end-user training and support during the implementation process.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules and external systems.* Assist with data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into Workday Payroll.* Stay current on Workday Payroll best practices, new features, and updates, and provide recommendations to clients for optimization and process improvements.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, tax calculations, and reporting. Qualifications:* Workday Payroll Certification is Compulsory.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll solutions.* Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.* Experience with configuring Workday Payroll, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, taxes, and reporting.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Experience with other Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM) and Benefits, is a plus.
