Our programs are designed for middle and senior levels of management.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Blissful Minds Coaching and Consulting. The Human Resources Executive will be assisting the Coach in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions support for the Clients . The role also will involve day-to-day tasks related to managing HR functions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations of Blissful Minds.QualificationsHR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skillsStrong knowledge of employee relations and HR policiesExperience in managing and implementing HR programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with teamsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the coaching and consulting industry is a plusMBA in Human Resources or related fieldPreferred Interest in Training and Coaching Ability to do Client faced roles Long term association with Blissful MindsLocation Candidates from Coimbatore onlyMode of work Offline - from Office PRB
