Sales Account Management for ICT/IT Infrastructure Solutions from BFSI sectorGlobal Solution Integrator delivering technology solutions in Unified Communications, Network Infrastructure, Data Center /Virtualization & Enterprise Applications and Cyber SecurityEducation - Relevant degree is Sales & Marketing/Degree in Engineering, preferably EXTCExperience - 8+ years of relevant SI Solutions experience from IT&T Industry background.Ideal Candidate Understanding the diverse industries and articulating the business value of the self service solutions to business usersCapturing and updating opportunities for the salesfunnelMaintaining and building strong relationships withcustomers to increase customer satisfactionMatching customer business objectives with the selfservice solutions that deliver value to the customerConducting opportunity risk assessments and forecastingDeveloping account plans, customer opportunity plansand presenting high quality, professional presentation and proposal materialsCoordinating resources to ensure all activities ofpre-sales, installation, services and follow-up are completed on time and withsuperior quality.Very high degree of customer orientation.
