He / She would play a vital role in owning / managing salesforce CRM and providing end to end administrative solutions, constantly improving and enhancing our existing CRM processes, UI/UX, Reporting & Dashboarding and further promote adoption. As a critical salesforce.com team member, individual should be able to understand the existing system setup, suggest best practices / process improvement solutions aligned with the company's CRM objectives and further provide solutions with clear CRM ownership. Job responsibilities- Identifying and gathering user requirements and suggest best practices and scalable solutions for better user experience.- All tasks related to user license management - new user setup, deactivation, profile permission, sharing rules etc.- Salesforce configuration changes including - workflows, assignment rules, role hierarchy, approval processes, basic trigger, page layouts, process builder, sharing settings and dashboards and reports etc.- Liaise with Sales, Finance and Delivery owners to prepare the various reports in a timely and accurate manner- Frequent Org health checkup to identify underutilized or unused platform features. Doing security reviews and updating any new versions of different tools, certificates etc. - Liaising with stakeholders to understand their user experience and taking feedback for system upgradation. Drafting and executing the plan to implement the required changes.- Owning CRM data management process to improve data quality. Responsible for data management, data migrations (Via Data loader), data security, and data backup process.- Check user adoption and constantly working on automations of processes for better user experience.- Provide day-to-day support and problem resolution, including managing bug/feature request queue, troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed, and documenting and improving processes.- Providing training and required support to new joiner. Also, proactively communicating with users regarding new features implemented.- Maintain and update Salesforce related documents including design and technical document, User Manual etc.- Liaise with the AMC vendor for ongoing issue resolution, testing and platform improvement.Key Competencies- 8+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator, should have experience on Sales Cloud. Salesforce.com. Any CRM related project management would be an added advantage.- Bachelor / Post graduate degree is a must.- Salesforce CRM Administration certification is a mandatory requirement. Any other certification e.g. Advanced Administrator will be an added advantage.- Will be positive to have fair understanding related new developments and enhancement requirements within Salesforce.com. - Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization so strong stakeholder management is a must.please share your resume on neha.sehgal2@acuitykp.com PRB
