It offers its partners and clients 9 times higher engagement rate and 5.5 times higher view to audience ratio compared to average industry standards As many as 850 video stories produced by the 'NEWJRoom' have recorded over a million views each.NEWJ was ranked 35th amongst the top 50 Global Digital Media Companies by Tubular Labs Ltd.Who we're looking for:Job Title - Guest CoordinatorRoles & Responsibilities:Responsible for coordination and scheduling of guests as assigned, for all verticals/shows, involving contacting guests and scheduling their appearances for interviews. Will be responsible for lining up guests for all original IPs of all verticals (Sports/Entertainment/Politics/Social Activists/Administration/Entertainment).Maintaining and promoting hospitality on behalf of NEWJ; greeting, checking in and serving scheduled guests in a courteous, efficient and professional manner, both on-site and on the phone.Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to identify and acquire relevant and high-profile guests.Develop and maintain relationships with publicists, talent agents, and other industry professionals to secure guest bookings.Candidates should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Guest Coordination.Provides support in the development and execution of interviews/original IP contents.Assist in executing creative ideas, writing copy, and researching material, contacts and design elements as assigned.Responsible for coordinating contact information with Communications/PR/Sales/Strategy Departments as per their requirements.Qualifications:
