Senior Finance Executive (CA)

Our USP is our verticalized domain approach in teams and our product being extremely customizable to growing business needs.We are a 1200+ strong team spread across India, US, Middle East, ASEAN, ANZ, and South Africa, and our customers include Amazon Pay, Poonawalla Group, Bajaj Finance, Practo, Godrej Housing, Manipal Hospitals and more.About the roleWe are looking for finance executives who can handle ~On time closure of month-end Revenue accounting, General accounting & expense provisioningCost allocation activities, Account's reconciliation, ownership of all financial statement schedulesEstimated P&L and Balance Sheet preparationAssist in the Direct & Indirect tax compliance and return filings - both India & overseasIdentify the areas of Accounting & Financial Process innovation, automation and take implementation ownership in a dynamic fast paced environmentSupport internal and external audits.Adhere to company accounting policies, I-GAAP and U-GAAP, and other external requirementsPerform Month on Month analysis to check trends, take actions on accounting anomalies and communicate with management on key driversProvide support to finance leadership on cost management, improving collections and monitoring spendsRequirements0-2 years experience in finance and accounting. CA final clear freshers may also apply.Cleared CA Final in 2021 or later in their first attempt (both groups).Work exposure to financial statement preparation as per IAS/IFRS.Work exposure to taxation (Income Tax, GST, Transfer pricing). US Federal taxation is a plus.Knowledge of Audit (ITGC, Statutory), Revenue Controllership and Company's Act (CARO).Advanced level expertise with MS Excel, Word, PPT, and other similar tools.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
