Working at frog means being empowered to Make Your Mark on every project, in your studio, your community—and the world at large.What you will be doing at frog?You are expected to represent depth in the craft of visual design: as an individual contributor, as a mentor and guide for more junior colleaguesYou will have opportunities to lead small teams on projects and will be leading client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices.You should be able to translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts.You will work closely with a wide range of people across discipline and business to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities areasYou will also be working closely with Product owners, UX designers and developers to ensure quality of the experienceWhat we want you to have:7+ years of professional visual design experienceDemonstrable senior experience working as a visual/UI designer on digital products and services with a strong portfolio demonstrating your meticulous attention to detailsStrong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to articulate requirements properly and clearly communicate across various stakeholders with diverse backgroundProficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (including but not limited to Figma, Sketch and Adobe CC)Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced deliveryGood to have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related design or artistic disciplineExperience working in design agencyApplication Instructions:As part of your application, please include a link or PDF of your portfolio of recent work, highlighting your abilities and experience relevant to the role, with specific examples of how you work, think, collaborate, and contribute to great design outcomes.
