Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Pune/Bangalore/Delhi/Ranchi (Hybrid)Role & responsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance productivity.Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.Lead Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and adherence to best practices.Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools like Copado, Bitbucket, and Gearset.Handle data migration using tools such as Apex Data Loader and Workbench, ensuring data integrity and security.Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce customizations for optimal performance.Write and maintain clean, well-organized code that meets the organizations coding standards.Provide technical support and maintenance for Salesforce environments, resolving issues and updates promptly.Engage with the Salesforce community as a speaker and mentor, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.Preferred candidate profileBachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Developer.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.Familiarity with database management, including SOQL and SOSL.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and other relevant certifications.Experience in Agile SCRUM framework and working with JIRA for project management.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to mentor junior developers, and lead projects to successful completion.Join our team to be part of a dynamic and innovative environment where your expertise isvalued and where you can contribute to the delivery of top-notch Salesforce solutions that meetour global clients' needs.
