Cloud Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud network administration, preferably Azure.- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP routing, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, and network security.- Expertise in configuring and managing Arista EOS and/or Cisco IOS.- Proficient in Azure Network Services like VNETs, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and Azure Fabric.- Familiarity with advanced network technologies such as BGP, RCF, VXLAN, EVPN, MLAG, Port Channels, and VRFs.- Experience with deploying and managing network infrastructure using CICD pipelines and IaC tools.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Skillset:- Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.- Experience with DNS configuration and management.- Experience with containerized environments like AKS.- Knowledge of network automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
