APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE POSITION OF COURSE ADVISOR- ADMISSIONS & OUTREACH TEAM AT (AND ACADEMY PVT. LTD.), NEW DELHIAbout Us :AND Academy is the brainchild of the founder of the Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD), a leading design school in India established in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London.With nearly a decade of experience in higher education, the team at AND Academy brings its expertise to online design education by offering the in-demand programme with an advanced curriculum. Our purpose is to transform access to design education by making it accessible, affordable, and industry-relevant.Roles & Responsibilities- The Candidate is expected to demonstrate a reasonable amount of skills and maturity in the following:Calling up and counseling prospective students about AND Academy and its program offerings through the database and use of ERP.Calling target minimum 80-90 calls in a day and follow up on calls /work on lead generation as per assigned targets.Conduct information sessions with parents and prospective students at various platforms like school fairs, school presentations, education fairs, campus walk-ins, and over the phoneWork towards admission targets set by the team.Use the customer relationship management system to manage and regularly update prospective student accounts.Most importantly, you should be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.To be successful in this role, you will need to have - The Candidate is expected to demonstrate reasonable amount of skills and maturity in the following:Calling up and counselling prospective students about AND Academy and its program offerings through database and use of ERPCalling target minimum 80-90 calls in a day and follow up on calls. Work on lead generation as per assigned targets.Conduct information sessions with parents and prospective students at various platforms, campus walk-ins and over the phone.Work towards individual target and admission targets set by the team leader.Manage on-campus activities such as campus visits, workshops etc.Use the customer relationship management system to manage and regularly update prospective student accountsEducational Qualification - Graduate or Equivalent DegreeWork Experience - 02 years (minimum in Education/Sales Counseling)(Freshers with exceptional qualities can also be considered)Remuneration - 25-40k/month+ incentives (Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications)Timings - 9.00 a.m - 6.00 pm (Monday to Saturday).10.00 am - 5.00 pm (Saturday) with 2 Saturdays off in a month.Timings are subject to change depending on the requirement.
