What this job involves In the position as Head of Landlord Leasing, KSA , you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and developing strategic solutions. Lead all Landlord leasing assignments in KSA for offices, industrial and other commercial asset classes (excluding Retail) Contributing to delivering complex Leasing projects in KSA, focusing initially on Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern Province Building relationships with all Office Space players in KSA Advising KSA developers & landlords on global best practice Actively contributing to the team's 2024 revenue plan & building a multi-year business plan for growth (together with the Head of OBS & Retail MEA) BD efforts and increasing business opportunities & reputation in the local market To implement all data and activities in JLL's tool "Office Finder" To work closely with all other JLL teams in delivering high quality services to our clients Sound like you? Clear communicator with strong presentation and language (English / Arabic) skills. Commitment to live and work in Riyadh with the ability to travel to other KSA cities. Professional Competencies Min. 7-10 years of relevant office leasing experience in a key global market Fluent English written & spoken Self-disciplined and able to build & lead a team Growth mindset and a team player Other Competencies Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback. Strong diplomatic skills involving tact and discretion. Experience of dealing with VIP's and V VIP's. Strong organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Financially aware. Ability to work on own initiative, to listen and willingness to learn. Comfortable and confident. Ability to delegate and willingness to be 'hands on' when required. Team player - maintain close working relationships with all employees whether site based or external. Ability to demonstrate utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information Results and achievement orientated to high standards.
