Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local teams to understand their unique needs and build effective tools, processes, and analytics to optimize their performance

You love data - it's your go-to to drive decision-making and execution

Be a key point of contact for Product, CRM, Data and Tech teams and work closely with them to ensure we meet local goals

You value fast execution and knowledge of no-code tools (airtable, zapier, etc) is a plus.

Job Requirements:

Experience in tech businesses, start-ups

Be Ops and Data-Driven to support your decision-making

Experience in defining and implementing processes for operation teams

A ninja using Google Sheets / Excel and a keen eye for detail

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Data Studio as well as SQL skills are a plus
