Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and review internal and external legal documents and contracts.
Carry out due diligence process on arrangements.
Carry out reviews and negotiations with other parties in respect of contractual, corporate and commercial matters and documents, as requested by the Legal Manager.
Support and assist the Legal Manager in various legal matters.
Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years legal experience in a law firm or as In-House legal advisor.
Excellent legal drafting and communications skills.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Team player and attention to details.
