You will lead a team of security professionals to safeguard the company's assets, personnel, and reputation, against a wide range of internal and external threats.This is a greenfield opportunity to develop a global security program. You will offer strategic leadership to deliver:Scope and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for global security operations aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Collaborate with senior management to integrate security considerations into business processes, projects, and initiatives.Identify areas of improvement and value frameworks for the business.Direct and manage all aspects of physical security, including facility protection, access control, and surveillance systems.Develop and maintain crisis management and incident response plans to effectively address security incidents, emergencies, and disruptions.Develop a corporate standards policy and localised audits of company locations.Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats to the organization.Direct an intelligence programme that recognizes regional threats and works with General Managers and assists them with localised issues.
