Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations, the Field Tech is responsible to participate in the management and maintaining of voice, desktop & data network system administration services to users and IT department in the areas of voice, desktop and data telecommunications systems as assigned. This includes participating in the planning, installation and maintenance and system management coordination activities to ensure system availability and efficient operating environment and settings. The Senior Manager, Business Improvement & Development is responsible to improve workflow in the facilities, growth in patient volume and development of revenue initiatives (RCM,contracts, etc). Key area focus includes joint ventures with the relevant health authorities, outsourced services for operators in the relevant UAE market. A key KPI for this role is revenue growth. The Senior Manager, Business Improvement & Development provides key leadership for monitoring clinical practice standards, billing conduct and ensuring zero... Responsible for converting written health, patient and family education information content from source language to target language while ensuring that the translated version is as accurate as the source language text. Also responsible for assisting in proofreading technical medico-legal documents. Responsible for performing a variety of interpretation, translation and medical escort services to assist non – English speaking residents and their families. This role is responsible to ensure the development of the relevant market by improving the workflow in the facilities, growth in patient volume and development of revenue initiatives (RCM, contracts, etc). The role is responsible for overseeing, managing and optimizing the clinical operations within the assigned health care facilities or services. This senior leadership position requires strategic vision, operational excellence and effective collaboration to ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical operations to ensure that the operational, clinical and support services of the assigned M42 facility or services are running efficiently and effectively.
