Senior Quantity Surveyor

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a leading recruitment agency, we strive to match the best candidates with the right opportunities in their field.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, including estimating costs, preparing tender and contract documents, evaluating tenders, and managing variations and claims. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.If you have a strong background in quantity surveying and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. Professional certifications or memberships in relevant industry bodies are preferred.
