Finance Manager

The Finance Manager oversees the financial health of the organization by managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. They provide strategic guidance and analysis to senior management, ensuring financial compliance and efficiency across the company.Responsibilities:Responsible for Brother CISA cost management.Responsible for Brother CISA fixed assets managementResponsible for Brother CISA receivables controlResponsible for Brother CISA payables managementAssist in issuing various financial statements of Brother CISAFinancial Planning And Analysis: Develop financial forecasts, budgets and strategic plans. Analyze financial data and present insights to support decision-making. Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization.Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Oversee audits and work with auditors to address any financial concerns.Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial investments. Develop strategies to optimize cash reserves and mitigate financial risks.Financial Operations Management: Supervise financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
