Join us on this journey in discovering the intelligent scent experience.The RoleReview Work Orders, check for accuracy, and schedule production to be carried out to meet required deadlines.Supervise staff and allocate labor resources to meet deadlines.Request, train, and supervise temporary labor as required to meet all stock commitmentsEnsure that 100% of the product undergoes QC inspection prior to release to stock or the shipping departmentMaintain suitable stock levels of required tools, equipment, and consumablesLiaise with Inventory and Receiving departments to ensure the availability of components as requiredEnsure that all necessary equipment is available as needed and in a good state of repair, including maintenance and up-to-date calibration of those pieces of equipment for which calibration is necessaryEnsure department staff is fully trained and informed on company processes, policies, and proceduresMaintain and report employee timecards for payroll purposesFoster a positive atmosphere and team spirit in the cable assembly departmentMaintain a safe and healthy working environmentPrior experience in the FMCG production industry is a plusIdeal ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer and Industrial. You have working knowledge of Production Scheduling and Quality ControlYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?Great financial rewardsOpportunity within company with a solid track record of successLeadership Role
