Koetsier Executive Search is for Orffa in search of an International Sales Manager. Job Description Job Title International Sales Manager Position within the Company The International Sales Manager will report directly to the Commercial Manager. Location Breda (NL) Duties and Responsibilities The International Sales Manager will be responsible for: Generate new business in assigned region; Reach and exceed the budget of his/her region; Focus on maximizing net margins; Establish and maintain strong relationships; Proactively contact customers (recurring and potential ones); Answering customer's enquiries quickly and accurately; Ensure solid follow-up of activities; Managing risks associated with the customers portfolio; Gather and share internally relevant market and product information; Ensure a good cooperation with other Orffa departments e.g. Logistics and Accounting, General information'The International Sales Manager is responsible for managing a customer portfolio (within an assigned country or region). The International Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of the regional commercial plans, the optimizing of the product portfolio and the service levels to (potential) customers. Will establish a satisfactory customer base and finalize contract negotiations within its country or region. A strong focus of the role is on optimizing the margins while managing all risks associated with the customer portfolio. The International Sales Manager will help resolve any issue relate to the contract execution in cooperation with all related departments. You will travel ca. 15% of your time (internationally). The Person Education Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Commercial or Economics (ingredients). Knowledge and Experience At least 5-7 years of (international) commercial experience. Preferably Ingrediënts/commodities. You are fluent in English (orally and written) and preferably also in French/Arabic or in Spanish. Experience with incoterms, export/logistics and payment terms. You have a good feeling for different (business) cultures. You adapt quickly in an environment (commodities) with rapid moving costs and prices.
