Job Description : Operations Manager Job Role-He/She will be responsible for managing respective outlets in their area so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, effective stock management to increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.Key Accountabilities : Sales and Commercial Performance of the AreaMaximize sales and profitability of the areaFormulate and implement store strategies and proceduresCoach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively Control costs within budgetary guidelinesIdentify internal and external commercial opportunitiesOperational Standards and ManagementExecute new store openings and re-fits.Monitor staffing levels in stores within the area to ensure resources are effectively deployedExecute and monitor stores for events like sale, promotions etc.Ensure to score 95% above in operations monthly auditing conducted by Internal/ External AuditorsEnsure Operations SOP implemented and stores compliance with proceduresCustomer Focus Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store in the area through effective coachingRegularly assesses customer service standards within storeEnsure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level in all storesAssess mystery shopping feedback and prepare action plan for improvementSkillsJob Requirements:Graduate degree in hotel Management or any relevant field8-10 years of Experience in F&B Industry Ability to work in a fast-paced ,high-pressure environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsFluency in Arabic & English is preferredExtensive experience in QSR Industry (Ex: Mc Donald's) is preferred Skills & Capabilities : •Good Knowledge of processes and F&B industry•Good Knowledge of Stock Management and Inventory processes•Result orientation •Teamwork & collaboration•Communication skills•Planning and organizing skills•Leadership skills
