Striking a balance between accessibility, usability, and availability of real estate locations will be key. Beyond day-to-day management, you will develop a Property Management Strategy, incorporating innovative investment strategies to maximize the portfolio's financial performance. You will manage all financial and legal property contracts, safeguarding the company's interests and securing the best possible terms. The focus will be on our technical assets (600), offices (7), retail shops (100), and Tech support hubs (10). You have a proven record of accomplishment in (corporate) real estate management and have a good understanding of market trends. What sets you apart?
