Senior Director Position
Level Infinite is seeking a Senior Director with a strong background in Unreal Engine and game development experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios.
Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support Level Infinite's game studios on game development, such as engine development, development tools, game services, etc.
Drive the innovation of game development technologies and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the game studios' development team.
Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery.
Work closely with the studio development team to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
Strong background in technology, better with a focus on Unreal Engine.
Game development experience, PC/console would be a plus.
Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.
Mandarin and English as a working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
